Return Policy
Only regularly-priced items may be returned and must be accompanied by the original receipt and arrive to us within 10 days of date of sale. They must be in their original box & packaging and be free from any damage. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Contact Customer Service to arrange a return. Sale & clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns after the 10-day period will not be accepted.
Design by Katalin reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Design by Katalin also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 10-day period.

Imperfect Sale and Clearance Merchandise
We cannot accept returns on any Imperfect sales or Clearance Merchandise. All sales are final on Imperfect Sales or Clearance Merchandise.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are shipped directly from the Vendor/Manufacturer and cannot be returned. Shipping methods and delivery times vary. Due to the impact of COVID-19 please allow extra delivery time.
Disclaimer
Design by Katalin/DBK Decor is not responsible for damage during the delivery process. If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact UPS. We are unable to contact them on your behalf due to privacy concerns.Please let us know if would like “signature delivery”.
Delivery Issues
Once a package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877. UPS will allow you to file a claim.
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a “signature required” delivery.

How to Make your Return or Exchange:
- please reach out to Design by Katalin customer service at 29callahan@gmail.com to verify return eligibility before sending pieces back.
- Pack and ship return package. Items must be in its original packaging with original labels. Please remember to include packing slip in the package.
- Please indicate the following: reason for return, order number, and product description.
- Input shipping details (tracking number & delivery company)
- Eligible returns will receive a refund for the amount paid for the item.
- You will receive your refund within 7 days or a replacement order will be placed within 3 days after we get your return package
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business day to process your returns.
We’ll email you once we have processed your refund or exchange.
